Thank you to those on the frontlines

Yes and amen! Thank you, thank you, thank you to all those who are keeping our essential services going every single day. Also we need to add pharmacy employees to that list. 😉

On a personal note, please be nice to and patient with the grocery store and pharmacy employees! Hal works in a pharmacy and comes home every day with stories of what angry, stressed, anxious people did or said to him at the store.

Yes, everyone is living with a heightened level of stress, anxiety and frustration right now, but don’t forget that those employees are going to work every single day to make sure that we have what we need from the grocery stores and pharmacies. They’re living in the same context as you are, except that they’re also in contact with hundreds of people from the general public all day long and are putting themselves and their families at risk every single time they go to work.

So, instead of being impatient or yelling or getting angry or calling them names... be patient, be kind, give them a smile, and thank them for the work that they’re doing to help you!! ðŸ’œ
